always fun.  Tried to sign up my brother Jeff,  but our store reached their limit for handlers..

House is sold

Well the house is now sold.  Closing date was July 31st.  The new owner said he would feed the cats, gave him a 20 lb bag of food.  We have been by to visit the cats every weekend.  They seem to be faring well, but we are now sure the new owner is feeding them.  It appears someone is though, and of course we do when we stop by.  We are living in our R V at Panther Lake in  Andover NJ and loving it.  The park closes October 31st, so we will be moving into an apartment or room, will have to see.  I have attached some pictures of the Park, more to come.

Back from our month long trip to Florida and Hilton Head.... Started out camping in a tent..... 

We visited  relatives, stayed on the waterfront  in Ruskin FL.  

Finished  the  trip  at Hilton  Head.

First open house yesterday...... 5 couples came... guess all in all it was a good day... Tom and I went house shopping ourselves in Hope NJ.  Checked out this old church for sale, would make a great open concept home, except for the fact that its yard was a graveyard with grave stones dating back to the late 1800's.  Some may have been older but you could not read them anymore.  We decided property would not have good resale value. 

Our Last Getaway in 2014

A little late in posting, but one of our last trips this fall was to Timothy Lake South PA.  On the October 18th weekend campers were thinking Halloween, and quite a few had decorated their RV's and little piece of land.   Some were quite extensive as you can see.

All in all it was another great time seeing our friends, taking our walks and just plain old relaxing.   Going to miss our weekend getaways.  Can't wait till spring.......

Winding down the Summer at Timothy Lake South in PA

Had a great weekend, winding down the summer here up north at Timothy Lake South PA, with a sour face.  We visited with our friends at the campground, on Saturday had a great lasagna dinner, sat by the fire and spent the evening in our chairs stargazing.  The stars are so much different when you get away from the city.  We left Sunday morning to meet up with our son and grandson to go apple picking by our home.

We just came back from a great RV trip to Hersey PA.  We went to the largest RV show in the U.S. at least that is what they advertise.  We were at the show 3-days, running in and out of Travel Trailers, Class A Buses, Fifth Wheels..... and eating the best crab cake sandwiches..... We met some fellow Escapees and in all couldn't ask for a better time.   Of course the trip is not complete without seeing Flo, ...
