We left our winter home and started off this year at Clermont Thousand Trails.
Second day here we looked out our window and saw our friend Alan, with Zaza and his new dog Bingo. It was a nice surprise to catch up with him.
We were looking at photos of his new home and recent RV trips, and low and behold he had a pic of our rig Cecil, with a balloon flying over it. Guess we are too busy with the morning joe to notice it, so this was fun to see.
We have passed by this tree so many times and never noticed this fella, until Alan pointed it out to us. Guess we need to pay more attention.
The park hosted a Margaritaville pool party
With live music
Moving forward we are giving some RV park reviews for our RV friends.
OUR RV PARK REVIEW:
Thousand Trails Orlando
**** We give this park a 4 out of 5 stars, reason being a little slack in bathroom cleaning, and the beach area needs some TLC. Otherwise , the park has all paved roads, most sites have blacktop pads, it is well maintained, the staff is friendly, common areas are kept neat and clean, free rental for kayaks on the lake, restaurant is open and had specials. For those interest in Disney, very close. You can even see nightly Disney fireworks from the lake. We really enjoy staying here.
